Regional Sales Manager
Our sales force is growing, we are looking for a talented and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Los Angeles Area. RSMs are contributor field salespeople who are responsible for developing new business in an assigned territory. They are driven hunters/closers who can articulate our product specifications to Landscape Architects; Design-Build Firms, Construction Management Firms, Public Works Departments, and Public and Private Schools to generate sales. As an RSM you will work from home and in the field. You will manage the sales process, execute all sales related tasks, and win new client projects in your territory.

This job comes with a base salary + commission opportunities and benefits.

Job Duties
• Meet and make presentations to landscape architects, school superintendents, facility managers and general contractors.
• Win new clients and consistently achieve or exceed quota.
• Hunt self-generated opportunities as well as work marketing generated leads.
• Identify decision-makers, effectively handle objections, and close sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving quota in a field sales role.
• Must be organized and display knowledge of strategic and consultative selling.
• Excellent prospecting, presentation, and specification sales skills.
• Must have professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline, be self-motivated and work independently.
• Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Able to meet sales goals and help coordinate projects from plans to completion.
• Ability to multi-task and represent multiple products and services.

Required Experience
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in the commercial construction industry and working with landscape architects and school districts highly desired.
• 4-year College degree preferred.
