We love our EasyTurf front lawn! It's beautiful and I check each morning to be sure what I saw the day before is still there. I never get tired of glancing out the windows and seeing my green lawn.
This lawn product was the best thing that ever happened to my little backyard! Having three large dogs in such a small space was not the smartest thing I've ever done, but even without the dogs we had a terrible time keeping the lawn growing because in the winter at least half of the lawn is shaded all day.
As a foster parent for large dogs, in addition to two large dogs of my own, I can't tell you how much this product has changed my life! During the past few years, I have sodded my yard four times. Now that I have EasyTurf in my yard, unruly dogs can't dig up the lawn, and dog urine isn't causing unsightly yellow spots, which inevitably lead to muddy patches. Honestly, I think this is one of the greatest gifts a dog owner could give themselves!

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with Jeff Parker, design consultant, Rafael Arciga, foreman, and your whole installation team. Mr. Parker was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and above all kept every appointment. He was on time, did what we asked, and even helped with some of the ideas. Mr. Arciga took time to go over the plans in detail and even had suggestions for the wiring for our fountain and spotlight.
Your installation crew was on time, worked very hard, and was very meticulous about every aspect of the install. We felt that they were doing their own house instead of ours, the way they took their time in all the details. We were blown away by how much really went into the installation of the turf, it was not as easy was we had envisioned it.The finished product is beautiful, looks like real grass, and made our side yard in back stand out fabulously.
We will, and have, given out your company name to friends and co-workers for their landscaping projects. Thank you Jeff, Rafael, and the installation team for a job well done, and thank you Easy-Turf, for making such a beautiful and realistic looking product.

Sorry for the delay in our letter to you but time can get away.
EasyTurf was installed in our small back yard in November of 2004. The
installation was very fast and professionally done. We cannot say
enough nice about the crews that did the work. They were polite,
prompt, professional, and efficient. In addition to your excellent
product, the crew and quality of the work made the installation
painless for us and an outstanding reflection on your company and its
employees.
The EasyTurf continues to amaze us as a first class product. Because of the delay we can speak knowledgably to three months of daily use. We have two dogs and they have been totally unsuccessful in adversely affecting the EasyTurf. These are two dogs who found sod, grass from seed, gravel and any other surface we used unworthy opponents. It was in the universe of frustrated homeowner that we turned to EasyTurf rather than dig and attack anywhere they pleased, our dogs have actually staked out a sitting area and taken to lying down on the EasyTurf (upwind and upslope of course). They actually like it. Likewise, the EasyTurf is impervious to the dogs’ bioterrorism and cleans up very easily. The instructions recommend occasional use of a product such as “Nature’s Miracle.” It is a good recommendation as it works great on the Easy-Turf. But with all the rain we still have a large supply.
That brings us to the next compliment. While our yard is small we were very concerned about how the EasyTurf would hold up with all the heavy rains we have been having. It has done great. It was hard to imagine that there would not have been some adverse consequences from all that rain. We had serious mud from the neighbor’s property in another section of our lot and water running through the garage, but the EasyTurf stood up to all of it. It is very impressive. The only recommendation we can make is a name change to Easy Tough Turf.

We really enjoy "waking up" and "coming home" to a maintenance free green lawn. Murphy and his playmates go out into the back yard with clean paws, romp around for an hour, and then come back into the house ....with clean paws, even when it has been raining!
We really can't put a price on the extra time we now have on the weekends to enjoy our yard and not have to worry about mowing, fertilizing, etc... and we look forward to "many, many, many" years of a maintenance free, beautiful lawn, thanks to Easy Turf.
My only request is that Easy Turf continues to push the City and State to work with companies such as yours for the benefit of all. We do not feel that a rebate of some sort from the City of San Diego for individuals that save water resources while beautifying the City is asking too much. Hybrid cars got them, "energy star" appliances got them, etc ... you understand what we are saying.
Lastly, we took advantage of Easy Turfs recent financing promotion and we appreciate everything you did for us on this for payment dovm the road. Thanks again.

What an amazing difference Easy Turf is over other products.
We used a highly skilled and reputable contractor to landscape the backyard or our new home. We desired the final outcome to be visually appealing and provide a relaxing atmosphere. This was to be accomplished by incorporating a large custom waterfall, the use of artificial lawn, custom colored concrete and surrounded by tropical plants. We have three small dogs and we were emphatic that Easy Turf be installed as our research concluded it was the only "true" pet-friendly artificial lawn.
Our contractor was told by a local wholesaler of artificial lawn products, that all artificial grass is essentially the same and is all made in the same manner.
What transpired over the next 5 months was nothing short of exasperating. We later learned, that few, if any other artificial lawn products provide for pet urine to flow through their product and the installation process is entirely different. We tried several pet products to spray on the lawn to eliminate the urine odor, but to know avail. Nothing would correct this problem short of removal of the lawn and replacement with Easy Turf.
After 5 months, we now have Easy Turf in our backyard and it has made all the difference. No smell whatsoever! Not even with outside temperatures surpassing 90 degrees. Our lawn is now amazing to look at. The texture is like high quality carpet and the two-tone color is as natural looking as the highest caliber turf grass we've ever seen.
In addition to the Easy Turf lawn exceeded our expectations, the staff was nothing short of exemplary in providing us customer service. Their patience and understanding about our situation and willingness to teaching us about various artificial lawn products was refreshing and greatly welcomed after our previous experience.
Easy Turf is more than a beautiful lawn to look at. It is a product that provides peace of mind for pet owners and home owners alike.

I really like it. It's made a big difference in the yard. One of my dogs is a digger and usually with something new he goes after it but with the turf he just lays on it. The biggest surprise was that now there aren't as many bugs. Before I couldn't get rid of the bugs because I couldn't clean up the dog solids well enough. It also makes the yard look bigger. In fact while I was writing this a guy came over to see if I wanted my lawn aerated. Once he saw it he said, "Oh you have Easy Turf, never mind." The only problem is that I have to make the rest of the yard look as good as the lawn. Doug took his time to explain things and did not make me feel pressured or rushed. Also good follow up.
Once again I went outside this morning and was greeted by the most pleasant and satisfying sight that I have come enjoy in the past few months. It is the sight of my beautiful EasyTurf front lawn. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't take time off to walk around on it or just look at it. And I know when I go out there again tomorrow it will look just as good. Of all the gifts I've ever given myself in 65 years... this is by far, hands down and unequivocally the best.
A good comparison is buying a new car. For the first few weeks you look at it and are awed by its design and proud of your purchase. The thing is those feelings eventually wear off... not so with EasyTurf. As the old slogan goes 'It's the Gift That Keeps on Giving.
Needless to say your installation crew is the best... you are a lucky man... no wait a minute... I'm the lucky man.

I wanted to get back to you about how happy we are with the Easy Turf we have in our backyard. With 2 dogs the first thing we noticed is that the smell and bugs in our yard are gone. That alone makes the install worth it. But that’s not all, one of my dogs used to be a total house plant but now he won’t even come inside anymore. He lies in one spot right on the turf and seems so comfortable and just doesn’t want to move.
Our 2 year old loves it too. When the install was complete he just ran and ran around on the turf. Now we can let him play in the back and not worry about getting all dirty.
The install guys were great too. Ernie came by after day 1 and helped me locate the sprinkler pipes (which wasn’t easy because we had to dig up the pipes without breaking any of them); cap all the sprinkler heads and run a pipe out from under the turf so I can hook up a drip system for the other landscaping. He had the PVC pieces I needed and was a great help digging up the pipe. I really appreciated that.
All in all it was a great experience and we now enjoy sitting out back so much more now that the Easy Turf is in.
I am so happy with my putting green, it is so beautiful and Doug Dowson and Diego, my installer, were absolutely the BEST team I have ever worked with and that says a lot as I am in the construction business in the way of Lighting and have dealt with contractors and companies of all sorts in this industry for over 20 years. Doug came out and was so accommodating to my high expectations - I am a perfectionist and like to have a big hand in the creation of anything that's done to my home. He and Easy Turf came through on EVERY promise and commitment that was made to me. Even when the job looked like it was going to exceed the time estimate, Diego never hesitated to do what was necessary to finish the project to my satisfaction and I am a very demanding customer! I would HIGHLY recommend this team and Easy Turf to any of my friends or colleagues!
